Pastor Paul graduated from Central High School in Capital Heights, Maryland in 1987.  In 1989, he married his high school sweet heart, Florence Benson.  In 1988, he began a plumbing apprenticeship program with Local Union #5.  He graduated in 1993 with perfect attendance and honor awards.  He went on to obtain his Masters Plumbing License in Washington, D.C, Maryland State, and WSSC jurisdictions.  From 1998 to present, Pastor Paul and his wife Florence have owned and operated a local plumbing business, Hallelujah Plumbing & Heating Inc.

Since being called into full-time ministry in 2003, Pastor Paul has been a credential holder with the Assemblies of God.  After serving 17 years, 9 of which as a full-time Associate Pastor under Pastor Sullivan McGraw at New Life Worship Center, God called Pastor Paul to pastor this great church in Clinton.  Pastor Paul and First Lady Flo move in a ministry of compassion and nurturing to the body of Christ. The Lord has called them at such a time as this to reach, restore, and revitalize lives for the glory of God.

Pastor Paul and First Lady Flo have been blessed to have six wonderful children, Brittany, Natia, Nehemiah, Jeremiah, Uriah, and Asriel.  He and his family currently reside in Waldorf, Maryland where God continues to bless and favor them as they continue to serve faithfully in all that God has called them to do.
